Baptized into the hope of Christ's resurrection, Saturday, December 7, 2019. Beloved son of Michelle (Chris) Giles and Phillip Masters; loving brother of Grant and Hope Giles; dear grandson of Joanne & Lee Feckter, the late Grace & Melvin Masters and Richard & Gail Giles; dear nephew of Sharon Scanlon, Jill (Mark) Wiese, Cyndi Lill, Jeannine Silverberg, Mark (Elizabeth) Masters, Scott (Chris) Masters, the late Paul Masters and Cindy (T.J.) Heinlein; our dear cousin and friend.
Luke was born in St. Louis on January 16, 1993. He was a graduate of Parkway North High School and attended St. Louis Community College. Ozark Technical College in Springfield, MO, and Ranken Technical School. He then worked as a welder. Luke spent some time in Colorado living with friends, but otherwise had remained close to his family in St. Louis.
Luke loved all animals, being outdoors, movies,and had an amazing ability for art. Luke's favorite thing was spending time with his family and friends. He loved celebrating and creating traditions. Luke is remembered for his generous spirit, kindness to all, electric smile, his fun-loving ways, his great sense of humor and his quick wit. Luke was a great listener and a friend to all.
Luke's favorite attire was a plaid flannel shirt or a Henley. Please feel free to come in casual dress to honor Luke
Visitation at the Ortmann Stipanovich Funeral Home, 12444 Olive Blvd., Creve Coeur, Sunday Dec 15th from 3-8 p.m. Funeral Mass at St. Monica Catholic Church, 12140 Olive Blvd., Creve Coeur, Monday Dec 16th, at 10 a.m. Interment Sacred Heart Cemetery. In lieu of flowers: masses, or memorial contributions to Stray Rescue or the Humane Society of Missouri.
