Teresa Isabel Hams, 31, of St. Louis, fell asleep in the arms of Jesus July 5, 2018.

Teresa was the beloved wife of Michael; adoring mother of Isabel and Lewis; cherished daughter and daughter-in-law of Bob and Carol Lozano and Bob and Kathy Hams; dear granddaughter and granddaughter-in-law of Mary (Mike) Stassi, Beverly (the late James) Huckaba, Betty Hams, and Susie Ratchford; precious sister of Maria (Jim) Neels, Dominic (Liz) Lozano, Tony (Jen) Lozano, Gabe (Rachel) Lozano, Rebecca (John Clopton) Lozano, Danny (Tess) Lozano, and John Lozano; dear sister-in-law of Katie (Dan) Lorentz and John Hams; treasured aunt; loving niece, cousin, and friend.

Visitation will be at Ortmann-Stipanovich Funeral Home, 12444 Olive Boulevard, on Monday, July 9, 2018, from 4-8 p.m. A funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Monica's Catholic Church, 12136 Olive Boulevard, on Tuesday, July 10, at 10 a.m. followed by interment at Resurrection Cemetery, 6901 Mackenzie Road.
