Survived by many family and devoted friends, our beloved Cousin, Nephew, Uncle and Friend.
Adam was an avid St. Louis Blues and Cardinals fan, and could always be found sporting his favorite jerseys. He lived life to its fullest, always down for an adventure, enjoying camping, lake life and even achieving his first skydive. Adam was the kind of guy who would give anyone the shirt off his back and was the first one there when a friend was in need. He will truly be missed.
He is preceded in death by his parents Kathleen (Maloney) and Jimmy Stilwell.
Burial will take place at Sacred Heart Cemetery. A Celebration of Life gathering will be held at a future date.
