Allen Anh Nguyen of St. Louis, MO, passed away on August 24, 2026 at the age of 86. Allen Anh was born on March 17, 1940 in Hue, Vietnam to Mr. Huu Lai Nguyen and Mrs. Thi Chat Pham.

He attended Purdue University, earning a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering. He worked for McDonnell Douglas/Boeing for 25 years.

He married Do Thi Kim Oanh (Alice) on January 1, 1966. They had been married for 53 years until she passed on August 25, 2019.

Allen Anh is survived by his one son Tom (Lorelai) Nguyen and five daughters: Jenna (David) Nguyen, Nina (Jim) Garozzo, Tina (Alex) Nguyen, Nicole (Russ) Szakats, and Elizabeth (Todd) Foust and his twelve grandchildren: Amanda, Jonathan, Kimberly, Landon, Zachary, Clayton, Nicholas, Joshua, Abigail, Sarah, Elisabeth, and Ethan.

He leaves behind 2 brothers: Dung Nguyen and Ha Nguyen and 2 sisters, Hao Do and Huong Nguyen.

He is preceded in death by his parents, loving wife, and older sister.

Services: A Memorial Gathering will be held on Saturday, September 5, 2026 from 1-5 pm at Ortmann Stipanovich Funeral Home in Creve Coeur.
