Amie S. Donnelly (nee Lunsford) unexpectedly called to Heaven Mon., Feb. 5, 2024.

Beloved wife of David Donnelly; dear mother of Devin and Alana; dear daughter of Paula and Terry Barfield; dear daughter-in-law of Rose Donnelly; dear sister of Angie Escobedo; dear sister-in-law of Kevin and Stephanie Donnelly; dear granddaughter of Shirley Kester; our dear niece, aunt, cousin and friend.

Amie was most proud of being an amazing wife and mother to 2 children who she adored. A homemaker by choice. She started working at Barnes Jewish Hospital as a patient care tech, then a clinical assistant. She had always planned to go back to school to become a nurse. Helping people was her passion. Amie put her dreams aside to be a stay at home mom and ensure her kids would be able to participate in anything they wanted. She always put her kids and husband first, a truly selfless wife and mother. Most weekends and evenings were spent with her husband watching their kids play soccer or enjoying a tv show/movie. One of the most kind hearted people you will ever meet. The world will be a little less bright without you in it. You will be forever missed till I see you again.

Visitation at the Ortmann Stipanovich Funeral Home, 12444 Olive Blvd., Creve Coeur, Sun. Feb. 11, 11:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. Funeral Mass Mon., Feb. 12, 10 a.m. at St. Norbert Catholic Church, 16455 New Halls Ferry Road, Florissant, MO 63031. Interment Sacred Heart Cemetery. Donations to Charity of Choice appreciated.
