Ann Duchesne Burton (nee Hodge)

Beloved mother and mother-in-law of Elizabeth (Matt) Kuykendall and Keith (Alicia) Burton; loving grandmother of Ella and Benjamin Kuykendall and Elliot and Cora Burton; dear daughter of the late Donald and Margot Hodge; dear sister of Donald (Vanessa) Hodge, Jr., Steven (Asma) Hodge, Matt (Molly) Hodge and the late Mark Hodge; our dear sister-in-law, aunt, cousin and friend.

Ann Duchesne spent her life dedicated to others. She was a teacher in the Special School District, Mother, Grandmother, and a Friend to all who knew her.  Ann was best known for an ear that would listen, a laugh when it was needed, and a shoulder to cry on. Her most cherished in life were her four grandchildren, whom she loved dearly. She will be remembered for her unconditional love, understanding, and perseverance. She will forever be missed.

Visitation at the Ortmann Stipanovich Funeral Home, 12444 Olive Blvd., Creve Coeur on Thursday, January 15 from 5-7 p.m.
