Our mother, Carol Ann (Ligon) O'Guin sadly passed away on July 18, 2023 after a long and full life. She was 71 years old. Her last years might not have been her best ones, but we definitely created some memorable moments together. She will be missed terribly. She took pride in her faith, and loved spending as much time with her grandbabies as possible.

Carol was preceded in death by her parents (Clifton and Geraldine Ligon), brother (Michael Ligon), husband (Herman Edward O'Guin (Eddie 'O), and son (Christopher Michael Pilcher). She left behind five daughters: Lisa (Pilcher) Boccaleoni, Stacy (Pilcher) Rowlett, Kelly (Pilcher) Young, Shayne (O'Guin) Cortez, and Cassie (O'Guin) Telishevsky; fourteen grandchildren, and three great grandchildren to carry on her legacy.

Her footsteps can never be filled, and the love will never be forgotten. May God bless her and give her a new home in heaven.

A funeral mass for Carol will be held at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Monday, July 24 at 10:30 a.m. with visitation from 9:30-10:30 a.m.,714 Lincoln St., Elsberry, MO 63343.

A celebration of life will occur with details to be announced at a later date.
