Beloved daughter of the late Roy and Mary Read; dear sister of Joe (Barbara) Read and the late Jim (Linda) Read; wonderful aunt of Cindy (Dan) Hubbell, Cheri (the late Dave) Robinson; Connie (Patrick) Worzer, Greg Read, Lee Anne (Alex) Esclavon and Michelle Griffin; our dear great-aunt, great-great-aunt, cousin and friend.

Carol taught at the University of Louisville School of Dental Hygiene and was a member of St. Matthew's Baptist Church.

Services at the Ortmann Stipanovich Funeral Home, 12444 Olive Blvd., Creve Coeur on Sat., Jan. 20.  Visitation from 12-2 p.m. with funeral service at 2 p.m. Private entombment at Evergreen Cemetery in Louisville, KY. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to charity of your choice appreciated.
