Carole was a national runway model, television, magazine and product model. She danced professionally, but passed up her opportunity to become a Rockette when a talent scout spotted her, due to her youth and parental restraints. She was Miss Missouri reserve 1955.

Carole volunteered for charities, churches and various impoverished facilities.

Entertaining was her ardor mixed with her gourmet training. She enjoyed tennis, golf and sun lounging. She taught ballroom dance, danced en pointe ballet and started her own charm school.

Carole and Ed were married for 48 years. In that time gallivanting the globe many times over and later adding in Tania as a family. They gravitated toward the less traveled paths - exploring as far as hiking with oxygen tanks in the Himalayan's of Nepal,Tibet and wrestling Black Caiman jumping off the sides of dugout canoes on the Amazon. They took many safaris in East & South Africa, Australia, Antarctica and climbing pyramids in Egypt to name a few. They always found time to spend in their cherished Rome & Amalfi coast. "Shoe, glove leather runs". They were long time members of Mt Kenya Safari Club, Missouri Athletic Club, St Louis Club, Media Club and St Louis Country Club.

Carole was a prolific gardener and member of federated Garden Appreciation Club for 45 years. Served as past President and invigorated with submissions in judged floral arrangements. Additionally, she was gratified showing Maine Coon cats with her daughter, Tania and enjoyed the camaraderie of fellow show peers.

Most of all Carole was a very sweet, giving, considerate lady always smiling and dancing and loved by many.
