Beloved wife of John Cook for 59 years; dear mother and mother-in-law of Carla (John) Jurkiewicz and Christine (Jim) Mueller; dear grandmother of Nathan and Nicholas Mueller and Ally  and Ava Jurkiewicz; dear sister of Douglas Duvernell; our dear aunt, cousin and dear friend to all.

Charlene was the sweetest person. She loved gardening, being with her grandkids all the time, involved with church and spending time with family and friends.
