Connie Sue Pittaluga, nee Lee, was born in Arkansas to the late Lonnie and W. Marie (Marriott) Lee. Connie passed away August 8, 2024, at the age of 71.
Connie was the fourth of 13 children, but the first girl.  Connie married Steve Pittaluga Dec. 31, 1972. She was a devoted wife for over 51 years. She had great love for her husband, her family, and her friends. She was affectionately known as Nonnie by many in the family. Connie's strongest traits were love, compassion, and empathy. She always saw the best in others. What a blessing she was. Though never a mother, she had a mother's heart. Connie mothered her siblings, nieces, and nephews down to the third generation. For the past two and a half years she had the privilege of caring for Winnie, her great niece. Little Winnie filled Nonnie's heart with love.
Those who preceded her in death are her parents, brother Jerry, niece Kristy, sister Rhonda, and brothers Danny and Donnie. Connie's surviving siblings are Eddie (Carol), Roger, Randy (Sharon), Judy (Rob), Kenny (Pam), Keith (Judy), Tim (Sally), and Rita. In addition are her in-laws Kathy (Terry), Mike (Elaine), and Dave (Janet). Connie had many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends too numerous to mention but loved all the same.

Visitation at the Ortmann Stipanovich Funeral Home, 12444 Olive Blvd. Creve Coeur, Fri., Aug. 16, from 10:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. Service at 1 p.m. Interment Bellerive Gardens Cemetery.
