Elsie Skrivan, 90, passed away early Sunday morning, May 15, 2022 at Bentley's Extended Care in Overland, MO.  Born December 28, 1931, in St. Louis, MO, she was the daughter of Robert J and Goldie Marie Colvis Stadler.  Elsie was a graduate of Ritenour High School and went on to raise a family and take college courses to further her career at McDonnell Douglas.  She was a long-time member of All Souls Catholic Church in Overland Missouri.  She was blessed with two children: Michael and Robert.  Elsie was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother who enjoyed gardening, puzzles, reading and cleaning/organizing everything including nursing home paperwork. As a hobby, Elsie also enjoyed reading to students in area Elementary Schools.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Goldie Stadler; and sisters, Doris Patton, and Marian Thoman.

Survivors include her children: Michael (Tammy) Skrivan of St. Charles Missouri and Robert (Cheryl) Skrivan of Ellisville, MO; three grandchildren: Anthony (Melissa) Skrivan, Aaron Skrivan and Erica (Jeremy) Nulik; and two great-grandchildren Atticus Nulik and Bryce Skrivan.  Elsie also leaves one brother and one sister, Robert Stadler and Fern Raftery; and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.

Services: Memorial visitation at Ortmann Funeral Home, 9222 Lackland Rd., Overland, Thursday, May 26, 2022 from 10:00 a.m. until time for the service at 11:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
