Eric William Peña

October 15, 1984 - April 19, 2023

Eric William Peña left this beautiful Earth on April 19, 2023, at the young age of 38. He is survived by his daughter, Aubrie Peña, his sister Melissa Peña, his mother Donna Heidtmann, and father Ernest Peña. He was a loving uncle, brother-in-law, cousin, nephew, and friend to many.

Eric was a hard-working and devoted man from the beginning. Always on the move and ready to lend a hand to any and all friends in need, or to cheer someone up with his hilarious yet sometimes offensive jokes. He was quite the grill master, party host, and a fierce card game competitor. He enjoyed dancing to live music or blasting it through his speakers on a hot summer day by the pool.

Above all, Eric was the most incredible girl dad a daughter could ask for. She was his pride and joy in every aspect, always putting her first.

Eric was truly loved by his family and friends and will be greatly missed. His memory will live on as his soul is in a better place.

We will be having a Celebration of Life Memorial Service in honor of Eric on Sunday, July 23rd, from 11-3 at Creve Coeur Park in Maryland Heights. Please join us at the Heldman Pavilion (across the street from the lake) for some food and good laughs. At 1 p.m., we plan to have reflection speeches for anyone who would like to share their best memories of Eric.
