Frank E. Kauczka
March 5th, 1946 – March 16 th , 2024
Passed peacefully with his family at his side. Beloved husband of Suzy Kauczka (Prevost). Son of the late
Frank J. Kauczka and Helen Kauczka (Rybak). Dear father of Marrianne H. (John) Pavia (Kauczka),
Josephine S. Jenner (Kauczka), and Lucy Allen (Kauczka). Dearest grandfather of Alexandria Kauczka,
Bryce Pavia, Frances (Nathan) Griffey (Kauczka), Holly Jenner, Tyler Jenner, John Allen, Todd Allen, and
Christopher Allen. Dearest Great-grandfather to Charlotte and Hunter Griffey.
Frank was a graduate of Marymount High School in Nanticoke, PA. He proudly served in the United
States Air Force for 22 years and retired as Senior Master Sergeant. Decorated Vietnam Veteran, and
proud member of the Bentwater Buds from his time RAF Bentwaters England with the 91 st Tactical
Fighter Squadron. He proudly worked for the State of Missouri for 15 years, as a Career Counselor with
whom he retired in 2009. He also obtained his master's degree in business administration from
Columbia College. After retirement, Frank enjoyed spending time with his family, grandchildren, great-
grandchildren, and attending Bentwaters Buds reunions around the country. His passion for military
aircrafts ranged from die-cast toys, models, and even the ability to draw them. He loved and spoiled his
dogs dearly, including playing "chef" while crafting their evening meals.
A trusted friend and confidant to everyone that knew him. Frank was deeply committed to his family,
which he cherished more than anything else. He and his wife Suzy were known as Poppi and Baachi, and
hold those titles dearly, not just to family but to all their friends. We will all miss you dearly Pop.
