Obituary

Franklin Delano Blackmon, Jr.- Dedicated son, husband, father, brother, and friend – Passed away unexpectedly Saturday, August 6 th , 2022, after a recent diagnosis of cancer.

Frank was born April 29 th , 1954, to Franklin and Dan Ethel Blackmon in St. Louis, Missouri. He graduated from University City High School and attended Washington University.

Frank had an accomplished career in the automotive industry. He met and developed several lifelong friendships working at Plaza Motors, Bentley St. Louis, Braman Motors in Palm Beach and Miami, as well as Newport European Motorcars and Lamborghini in California.

Frank was a man of his faith and was blessed with a loving family. He always radiated positivity and was known to be the life of the party, just ask any of his friends. He was often described as having a magnetic aura that one cannot help but gravitate toward. His selflessness and devotion to everything in his life made him loved by all. His infectious smile and laugh will live on forever.

In his later years, he enjoyed golfing, movies, cooking, playing ball w/Pierce, attending church services w/Taylor, and spending time with his family.

Frank leaves behind his mother, Dan; wife, Jenny; daughters Logan (19) and Taylor (17); son Pierce (10); host daughter, Charlotte (19); brother, Herb; sister, Antha; nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Frank was preceded in death by his father, Franklin Delano Blackmon, Sr.
