Gary A. Eberhardt

July 2, 2022. Beloved husband of the late Joan S. Eberhardt (nee Plese); loving father of Melinda "Lindy" Eberhardt; dear brother-in-law of Jay (Shirley) Stucke and the late Carl Stucke and 2 nieces.

Mr. Eberhardt was a U.S. Army veteran and was an attorney with Greensfelder Hemker & Gale PC Law Firm for over 50 years. His family and his career were his life. He was so proud of his late wife's career in emergency medicine and he never missed any of his daughter's sporting events as a child or her fundraising events as her career accelerated as an adult.  He took great pride in providing for his family. He enjoyed watching sports, especially the Blues, Cardinals and Chiefs. He and wife loved spending time in Estes Park, CO watching wildlife and picnicking and grilling in Rocky Mountain National Park.

Visitation at the Ortmann Stipanovich Funeral Home, 12444 Olive Blvd., Creve Coeur, Thur., July 7 from 6-8 pm. Funeral service at Immanuel Lutheran Church, 9733 Olive Blvd., Olivette, Fri., July 8 at 10 am with visitation at church one hour prior to service. Interment Calvary Cemetery, Edwardsville, IL. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Immanuel Lutheran Church or charity of your choice.
