Hazel Mae Roemmich (née Haas), aged 88, passed away peacefully on June 4, 2023, leaving behind a family legacy of love and cherished memories. A devoted mother and grandmother, she is survived by her two children, Donna and Gary; seven grandchildren, Jeremy, Joshua, Austin, Victoria, Elizabeth, Kathryn, and Alexandra; seven great-grandchildren, Jeremy, Jr., Santiana, Mia, Destiny, Preston, Orson, and Daphne; two sisters, Dorothy and Judy; special friend, Jerry; and numerous nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends, all of whom she touched with her fierce love and will miss her dearly. She was preceded in death by her husband of 47 years, Don Roemmich; parents, A. Pearl (née Rolland) and Julius G. Haas; and 13 siblings. Visitation will be open Saturday, June 10 from 10 AM-12 PM at Ortmann-Stipanovich located at 12444 Olive Blvd. in Creve Coeur, MO, followed by service at 12 PM.
