Howard G. Gransbach a devoted Catholic, passed away peacefully on Sept. 23, 2025 at the age of 94. Howard's deep and abiding love for the Lord and his family was an unwavering testimony of his long-lived life.

Howard was the beloved husband of the late Mary Caroline Gransbach; cherished father and father-in-law of Mary Ellen (Dan) Morgan, Dianna (Stewart) MacGregor, Martin Gransbach, and the late Karen Gransbach. He was the loving Son of the late Howard and Helen Gransbach.

Howard was exceptionally proud of his accomplished grandchildren and their spouses: Danielle (Blaine) Heeter, Justin (Nicole) Morgan, Angela (William) Dannegger, Maria (Lamont) Wiggins, and Karinne Gransbach. He was a devoted great-grandfather, father-in-law, uncle, cousin, and friend to many.

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Monica Church, Olive Blvd., Creve Coeur on Tuesday, Sept. 30, at 10:00 a.m., with visitation at the church beginning at 9:00 a.m. Interment to follow at St. Monica Cemetery.

In loving memory of Howard G. Gransbach, a memorial donation to the Pathways Hospice and Palliative Care Foundation will help them continue their compassionate care for patients and their families as they cared for our father.
