Beloved husband of Norma Kelly (nee Heckemeyer); dear father and father-in-law of Kelly A. Kelly, Karla (Roy) Straw, James W.A. Kelly and Adam D. (Joey) Kelly; dear grandfather of Maxwell, Kara, Brock, Chase and Adam; our dear friend to many.

James retired from Air National Guard as a Master Sergeant, he was also a good handyman and mechanic.

Funeral from Ortmann's, 9222 Lackland Rd., Overland, Wednesday, January 18, 9:30 a.m. to Christ the King Church for 10:00 a.m. Mass. Interment Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to Wounded Warriors, appreciated.
