Beloved husband of Patricia A. Peurrung (nee Dargis); dear father and father-in-law of Peter (late Janice) Peurrung, Stephen (Sharon) Peurrung, Lori (late Russell) Field, Amy (Mike O’Donnell) Peurrung and Julie (James) Foulks; loving grandfather of Emily (Kevin) Lorenz, Michael (Laura) Peurrung, Margaret (Stephen) Schuh, Jack, Daniel and the late Reese Marie Peurrung, Grace (Alex Synnott ) Field, Emma (Hayden McLaggan) Field, Katherine (Aidan) Hardwick, Adam (Sarah McLean) Field, Spencer and Megan Foulks and great-grandfather of Lily, Henry, Michael, Violet, Frances, Kate, Jane, Eleanor and Charlotte: dear brother of Joseph (Rosie) Peurrung; our dear brother-in-law, uncle, cousin and friend.

He had a special place for all the dogs that were his companions throughout his life.

Funeral at the Ortmann Stipanovich Funeral Home, 12444 Olive Blvd., Creve Coeur on Saturday, May 30 at 2 p.m. with visitation from 12:30 p.m. until time of service. Private interment Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association or Humane Society of Missouri.
