Beloved husband of Linda L. Williams (nee Tepen); dear father and father-in-law of Barry (Sarah) Williams and Brad (Mindy) Williams; dear grandfather of Danielle, Morgan, Connor, Carter and Emerson; dear brother of Harold (Vonita) Williams and Al (Evonne) Martin; dear brother-in-law of Patricia Garrison, Denny (JoAnn) Tepen and Mike (Debbie) Tepen; our dear uncle, great-uncle, cousin and friend.

James served in the Air Force. He loved dogs, westerns, grandkids and he was an avid reader. He was a Handyman for his family.

Visitation at the Ortmann Stipanovich Funeral Home, 12444 Olive Blvd., Creve Coeur, Sunday, November 17 from 4-8 p.m. Service Monday, November 18, 11:00 a.m. at Zion Lutheran Church, 12075 Dorsett Rd., Maryland Heights. Interment Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery.
