Jeanne Rae Cavanaugh (nee Christman)
March 6, 1942 - April 25, 2025

Beloved mother of Douglas Charles (Katherine) Heimann, Zachary Allan (Christina) Cavanaugh; dear sister of Terry (Jon) Mogensen and the late Dennis Christman; dear sister-in-law of Linda Christman; dear aunt of Leslie Nelson, John Christman, Corey Johnson and Chris Johnson; our dear great-aunt, cousin and friend.

Jeanne was a former council member and collector for Vinita Park. She liked fishing and enjoyed her furry companions. Jeanne had retired in recent years from her self-employment as a local realtor. Prior to that she had worked for Washington University School of Medicine for several years where she served first in the purchasing department and then as secretary to Dr. Teresa J. Vietti in the cancer research division. She was very active as a volunteer with the Boy Scouts of America at all levels of the local organization, and also volunteered with the Old Newsboys Day, American Cancer Society, and the Mothers March. She was a member of Our Redeemer Lutheran Church in Overland. Jeanne was preceded in death by her parents, Arthur and Janet Christman, former residents of Overland
