Jennifer Katharina Seitz ,53, of Creve Coeur, Missouri passed away on July 23, 2026. She was born in St. Louis, Missouri.

Jen graduated from Webster Groves High School in 1991. She then continued her education by attending Cottey College (Nevada, MO), Southwest Missouri State University (Springfield, MO) and Keller Graduate School of Management (St. Louis, MO) finishing with a Master of Business Administration (2010) and a Master of Accounting and Financial Management (2012).

Jen spent most of her career in the Banking/Financial sectors, and in 2015 was named “CFO of the Year” by the St. Louis Business Journal.

Jen also volunteered time to a variety of non-profit organizations including the National Women Business Owners Corporation, Connections to Success and Missouri Special Olympics. Later in life Jen discovered a love of Lego and enjoyed sharing that passion with others. Her pets, and most recently her cats Athena and Apollo, also brought her joy.

Jen is survived by her daughters, Ashton and Ellie, her twin sister Kim Marx and Kim’s wife, Christine Marx, and her parents, Michael and Anita Hale.

A memorial service is scheduled for Saturday, August 29, 2026 at 11:00am. The service will be held in the chapel of Ortmann Stipanovich Funeral Home, 12444 Olive Blvd., Creve Coeur, MO 63141. There will be visitation before the service starting at 10:00am.
