Joan B. Gunter (nee Berra)

Baptized into the hope of Christ's resurrection, Tues., Dec. 13, 2022.

Beloved mother and mother-in-law of Jacqueline Gunter and Jason (Andrea) Gunter; dear grandmother of Hannah, Adam, Brody, Brock and Kaden; dear daughter of Louis and Elsie Berra; loving dog grandmother of Lulu and "Merv"; our dear friend to many.

For 42 years Joan was married to the love of her life "Gunner". She was best known for supporting her children and grandchildren in every aspect of their lives. She was well known for being an overly passionate fan at all of her grandchildren's sporting events. She was a regular Betty Crocker when it came to baking and decorating family cakes.  She was as honest as they come and never hesitant to give her opinion. She was quick whitted and just as fast to make you feel comfortable. She will be missed by many.

Visitation at the Ortmann Stipanovich Funeral Home, 12444 Olive Blvd., Creve Coeur, Sat. Dec. 17, from 9-11 a.m. then to St. Monica Church for 11:30 a.m. Mass. Interment Memorial Park Cemetery.
