Joanna F. Cox (nee Dacus), 87, passed away on Tuesday, August 19, 2025. Beloved wife of the late James L. Cox; dear mother of Cindy (Dan) Barbeau of O'Fallon, IL and Kathy Littrell of Saint Ann, MO;  dear grandmother of Brian Barbeau, Danielle Cain, Jamie Barbeau, Jillian Wick, Heather Slyman, Holly Pinson, Kenneth Littrell and Kody Saunchegraw; dear great-grandmother of Brooke Barbeau, Noel Cain, Jaylin and Devin Hawkins, Bennett Wick, Ayden and Ashton Slyman, Hailey Hogan and Grace Pinson; Brayden Littrell, Austin Littrell, Hadley Barbeau, and Isabella Fullom; dear great- great-grandmother of 2; dear sister to George Dacus, and Dan Dacus; and the late Wayne Dacus, Agnus Kersey, Lena Rogers, and Ivo Dacus.

Visitation will be Monday, August 25th  from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at ORTMANN FUNERAL HOME, 9222 Lackland Rd, Overland, MO 63114 with the funeral service on Tuesday, August 26th at 9:30 a.m.. Interment will be at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery.
