Kathleen G. Ehrhard (nee DiRocco), Fortified with the Sacraments of Holy Mother Church, May 19, 1954 – November 14, 2024, at home surrounded by loved ones. Age 70, beloved daughter of the late Rinaldo (Rocky) and Bridget (Bea) Di Rocco, wife of the late Michael D. Ehrhard; dear mother of Michael Ehrhard, Alison Ehrhard and Lizzy (Luckie) Kaufman; dear sister of Mary Pat (Dominic) Muich, Teresa Arb, and Bridget (Rick) Blaes; our dear sister-in-law, aunt, great-aunt, cousin and friend to many.
Kathy graduated from Jewish Hospital School of Nursing and spent 42 years of her nursing career in renal dialysis at Barnes Jewish Hospital and Washington University School of Medicine. She lived a life of service, caring for her patients in the clinic and in their homes. She touched the lives of everyone she met. She was active in the local chapter of the American Nephrology Nurses Association.
Her greatest love was for her children, family, and friends. She was married to her childhood sweetheart for 42 years. They enjoyed many travels together, and she supported him in his music career. Kathy enjoyed gardening, theater, reading, and watching her favorite sports teams. She was loved by many and will be missed dearly.
Visitation at Ortmann Stipanovich Funeral Home, 12444 Olive Blvd. Creve Coeur, Monday, November 18, from 4:00-8:00 p.m. Funeral Mass at St. Richard Church, Tuesday, November 19, 10:00 a.m. Interment Our Lady Cemetery.
