Childress (nee Lane); dear son of the late William and Rosemary (nee Hogan) Childress; dear father of William (Kathryn), Kevin (Mindy), Jacquelyn (Jameson Clark), James (Karen), Dennis (May) and Thomas Childress; loving grandfather of Avery, John, Asa, Noah, Zach, Charlie, Maddy, Riley, Molly, Eve, Lilah and Rosemary; dear brother of Maureen (Rich) Keys, Ginny (Rich) Emanuel, Jim (Judy) Childress, Tom (Joann) Childress, Joan (the late Mark) Aiazzi, Elizabeth (Mike) Castellano, Patti (Tony) Sgroi, Nancy (Ray) Vogt, Connie (Pat) Howe and the late Elaine (Doug Kurka) Childress.  Our dear uncle, cousin, brother-in-law and friend.

Funeral Mass at St. Monica Catholic Church, 12136 Olive Blvd., Creve Coeur, Thur., May 2 at 11 a.m. with visitation at church from 9:30 a.m. until time of service. In lieu of flowers, donations to St. Augustine Wellston Center or St. Patrick Center appreciated.
