Lois Jean Schreiber (nee Willis), 81, went home peacefully to live with her Savior, Friday, September 15, 2023. Born on February 23, 1942, in St. Louis, MO. Beloved wife of David J. Schreiber for 36 years.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Fred J. and Maude Willis and in-laws, John and Marilyn Schreiber; sister of the late John Willis and his wife, Jean; dear aunt, cousin and friend to many.

Lois worked in the savings and loan, banking business right out of high school; her last jobs were at 2 different department stores. She enjoyed sewing, crocheting (especially baby blankets), and needlepoint and cross word puzzle books, cooking and playing the piano.

I would like to say a big thank you to Joleen Henson of Farmington, MO, her family and workers for taking care of Lois the last few years of her life and a special thanks to The Heart & Soul Hospice staff!!

Visitation Thursday, September 21, 2023, at Gateway Church of the Nazarene, 11703 Old St. Charles Road, Bridgeton, at 4:00-7:00 p.m. with the service at 7:00 p.m. Burial will be private.
