Jan. 16, 2024; beloved wife of the late Thomas Stewart; dear mother and mother-in-law of the late Michael (Sarita Suzanne) Stewart, Lawrence Stewart, Robert (Pamela) Stewart, and Richard (Kristi) Stewart; dear grandmother of Katelyn (Andre Poulin) Stewart, Rebekah (Chris McGohan) Stewart, Hannah (Sean Nielsen) Stewart, Madden (Nick) Tarpinian, EJ Jenkins and Tyler (Sattman) Stewart, Halloran (Grant Martin) Stewart, Emily (March Robinson) Stewart, Thomas Stewart, Sarah Stewart, Zoe Stewart, Duncan, Riley, Nathaniel, and Grace Stewart; dear great-grandmother of Caelin, Clark, Atticus, and Cassidy; dear sister of Janice Doll, Judy (Clifton) Land, Larry (Sharon) Clark, and Beth (Andrew) Jordan; our dear aunt, great- aunt, cousin and friend.
Daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, aunt, great aunt, great friend, home maker, den mother in Pack 288, retired Famous-Barr salesperson, parish volunteer, world traveler, Ritenour High School graduate ('57), she and her late husband, Tom, spent the1960s, 1970s, and 1980s raising their 4 sons primarily in Sycamore Hills where she lived until 2018. In return she gained 11 granddaughters, 2 grandsons, 3 great-grandsons, and 1 great-granddaughter whom she loved dearly. After the sudden loss of Tom in 1996, Lynn became quite the traveler. In addition to her various trips to Europe, the northeast, the Gulf Coast, California, Lynn also made individual trips with each grandchild to places such as Hawaii, Jamaica, Mexico, and the Bahamas.
Funeral Mass at Our Lady of Presentation Church, 8860 Tudor Ave. Overland, Sat. Jan. 20, 11:00 a.m. Visitation one hour prior at church. Interment Resurrection Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to St. Vincent DePaul Society appreciated.
