Beloved mother of Henry and Jack Riney; cherished daughter of John Christopher Bolen and the late Margaret Mary Bolen (Swartz); dear sister of Peter (Michelle) Bolen; dear aunt of Michael and Isaac Bolen; dear niece of Joan Swartz and Jim Long, the late Robert Swartz, Jacqueline Swartz and Geoff Beckemeier, Maureen (Gil) Beckemeier, Kathleen (Chris) Luttman, Catherine Zoll, Ann Cannon, Nancy Bolen and Timothy Bolen; our dear cousin and friend.

Meg was a devoted mother to her precious sons Henry and Jack. She was also extraordinarily generous with her love, kindness, time, and charitable efforts leaving an indelible impression on many she encountered. Meg was born a stunning and timeless beauty but more than anything, she possessed a wicked sense of humor and an infectious laugh.

Mass will be celebrated 10 a.m. Friday, August 8, 2025 at Cathedral Basilica, 4431 Lindell Blvd., St. Louis, MO 63108. In lieu of flowers, donations to St. James Food Pantry, 201 N Missouri St. Potosi, MO 63664 MO preferred.
