Lane, Mary Rose (nee Kurtzeborn) May 25, 2024. Age 98. Dear wife of the late John C Lane. Daughter of the late August J Kurtzeborn and Norine ( nee Cooper) Kurtzeborn.   Sister of the late Robert Kurtzeborn and the late Virginia Johnson.  Dear Mother of Frank Lane (Carla) and Linda Favazza (Michael Sr). Dear Grandmother of Michael Favazza, Jr (Shannon), Julie Favazza Shestina (Brad), Cameron Lane (Courtney), Abby Lane Crowley (Will). Mother-in-Law, Great-Grandmother of 8. Aunt, Great-Aunt, Great-Great Aunt. Cousin. Friend.

Mary was a wonderful Mother and was always there when needed the most. She offered support, wisdom and love in abundance. Mary started her career as a beautician at her parents' Norine Beauty Shop in North St. Louis. She spent years volunteering as  30 year member of Our Lady of Loretto Catholic Church and a 20 year member of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church. Later in life she worked and retired from Sears Department Store. For the past 9 years Mary has resided at Mari de Villa Senior Living. The family thanks the dedicated staff for their loving care.
