Michael S. Mueller
——
On Sunday, September 1, 2024, Mike Mueller age 53 was welcomed into heaven, surrounded by family and friends in person and in spirit. Beloved husband of Carrie Mueller and devoted father of Austin Mueller and Brendan Mueller, Mike was an amazing man who gave blessings to so many people. He was deeply loved by all of us who had the privilege of having him in our lives.
Family was a central part of Mike's life. He is the cherished son of Barbara and Alan Buncher (d. 2024) and Edward and Susan Mueller, brother of Jeff Mueller, Michelle (Craig) Gwinn, Jennifer Anastos, Christopher Mueller, Marc (Kristen) Buncher, Seth (Kate) Buncher, Jonathan (Shannon) Gilbert and Allison (RC) Jennings. When Mike met Carrie, he immediately won the hearts of his in-laws A. Joseph and Linda Neiner, Christine (Charlie) Noonan, Joseph (Elana) Neiner and Elizabeth (Sam) Vasile. He treasured the title of "Uncle Mike" to his 22 nieces and nephews - Pamela, Sophia, Jacob, Braeden, Addison, Mason, Colin, Bella, Ava, Lola, Elias, Lark, Ethan, Ellie, Anna, Layla, Locklyn, Lucy, SJ, Lorenzo, Ronnie and Jack.
Mike was a treasured friend to many - holding many longstanding friendships that meant a great deal to him. Mike was selfless in sharing his time and talents. The stories of Mike jumping in when someone needed help are innumerable and his legendary cooking brought joy and togetherness to those he loves on countless occasions. He had an infectious smile and wonderful sense of humor that kept all of us smiling.
Though the untimely loss of this remarkable man leaves an irreplaceable void, we take comfort in knowing that he is with the Lord, free from pain and embraced by eternal peace.
