Nancy Lee Nelson (nee Pallarito) was born on June 21, 1940, the second daughter of Sydney
and Johncey Pallarito of St. Louis, Missouri.
She grew up in Webster Groves, Missouri, where she attended Webster High School. Nancy
married Frank Nelson, and is survived by three children: Mark Louis Nelson, (wife Kelly), twins
Michael Lee Nelson, (wife Sherri) and Karen Lynn Pickett, (husband Dave). She had six
grandchildren: Brandt Nelson (wife Darrah Jean), Tyler Nelson, Sydnee Nelson, Kyle Nelson,
John Smegner, and Jessica Smegner. Nancy also had 2 great-grandchildren, Harper-Jean Nelson
and Casey Nelson.
Nancy worked at Accu-Glass for over 20 years and lived in Overland, Missouri. She enjoyed
baking and was most famous for her often-requested cherry cheesecake! In addition to baking
hobbies, Nancy love to go to the "boat" for an afternoon of fun where she was often lucky!
Nancy passed away on Wednesday, February 23, 2022, at the age of 81. She was loved by her
family and friends and will be missed by all.
