Patricia Kitchen

July 8, 1937 - July 16, 2023

Patricia Kitchen passed away peacefully at age 86 on July 16, 2023, after a brief illness. She is preceded in death by her parents James D. Burke and Catherine (Bryan) Burke and her brother James S. Burke. Beloved wife for 65 years of the late Richard Kitchen; cherished mother and mother-in- law of Nancy (Terry) Beaver and Susan (Mark) Hansard, dear grandmother of Richard (Alex) Wallace, Kirbie Wallace, Paige (Brian Durfee) Wallace, Deanna (Robert) Afonso, Darik Beaver, Hannah (Brian) McClintock, Shelby (Thomas) Ganaden and Kelsea Hansard; dear great-grandmother of Payton, Justice, Easton, Maxx, Olivia, Juliana and Maddox; dear sister-in-law of Betty Burke; our dear aunt, cousin and friend to many.

Pat was also a beautician, an avid bingo player, an incredible cook, and the sweetest Grandma to her grandchildren. She and her late husband Richard worked tirelessly to support their children and grandchildren, it was their greatest joy to see them doing what they loved.

A visitation will be held on Friday July 21, 2023 at 8:30am at Ortmann-Stipanovich Funeral Home, 12444 Olive Blvd Creve Coeur, Missouri, followed by a memorial service at 9:45am. Burial will immediately follow the service at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery.

It was Pat's wish, as a breast cancer survivor herself, that any memorial tributes be made in the form of a charitable donation to Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation. www.komen.org
