Patricia Meara (nee Moore)

Baptized into the hope of Christ's resurrection, Sun., July 21, 2024.  Beloved wife of the late John Joseph Meara; dear mother and mother-in-law of Kathleen Meara (the late Kemet Johnson), Mary Ann (Larry) Paubel, Michael (Monica) Meara, Maggie (Jeff) Cole, Jeanne Meara and John F. (Karen) Meara; loving grandma of Michael (Anna) Licavoli, Matthew (Abby) Paubel, Maggie (Kyle) Giesler, Molly (John) Ortwerth, Jack (Megan) Meara, Sam (Jenna) Meara, Jim (Jacelyn) Cole, Colleen (Dan) Mignogna and Kaitlyn and Emily Meara; loving great-grandma of Melody Harris, Joiya and Tori Licavoli, Maxine Paubel, Ben and Claire Giesler, Max, Jack, and Luke Ortwerth, Amelia and Conner Meara, Grace Meara, and Lily and Cole Mignogna; dear sister of Janet (Bob) Albrecht and Kay (Earl) Hess; our dear sister-in-law, aunt, cousin and friend.

Pat was an avid St. Louis sports fan – most notably the Cardinals, Blues, and SLU basketball.  She loved to travel (especially with her family) and play golf and bridge (especially with her fellow Bag Ladies).  Having visited her country of heritage 6 times, Pat was a proud Irish lass!

Funeral Mass at Incarnate Word Catholic Church, 13416 Olive Blvd., Chesterfield on Tues., Aug 6 at 10:30 a.m. with visitation at church 1 hour prior to mass. Luncheon following mass in Bollinger Hall located in lower level of the church.  Interment Holy Cross Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to Cardinals Care appreciated.
