Baptized into the hope of Christ's resurrection on Saturday, July 16, 2022. Beloved husband of Renee M. Billman (nee Blaske); dear father and father-in-law of Stephanie (Andrew) Hagopian and Shaun Billman; loving grandfather of Izabel, Ani and Wallace Hagopian; dear son of Nancy and Robert Billman, Jr.; dear brother of Barbara (Mark) Stunder and Beth (Matthew) Bertelsen; dear uncle of Rachel and Amy Stunder, Matthew E. and Joslyn Bertelsen and Cascea, Raymond III, Christie and  Nick Blaske, dear son-in-law of the late Betty and Raymond Blaske, Sr.; dear brother-in-law of Raymond (Donna) Blaske; our dear cousin and friend.

He will be missed beyond measure. We will never eat a home grown tomato or walk into a hardware store without thinking of him. The world would be a better place with more Bob Billmans. In his honor we will work to show the same kindness and understanding he so effortlessly did.

Visitation at the Ortmann Stipanovich Funeral Home, 12444 Olive Blvd., Creve Coeur, Monday, July 25 from 9-11 a.m. then to All Souls Church, 9550 Tennyson Ave., Overland for 11:30 a.m. Mass. Inurnment Calvary Catholic Cemetery in Edwardsville, IL.
