Robert Curran Frese, 78, of St. Louis, Missouri left us on Thursday, December 22nd. He was predeceased by his parents Harry and Alta Frese. He is survived by his wife Ethel, his four children Howard (Jennie), Maureen (Michael), Rebecca (Tarry) and Kathleen (Andrew), as well as his six grandchildren.

Robert was born in Little Rock, Arkansas where he attended Little Rock Central High School. He then graduated with a degree in Mathematics from Hendrix College and later a Masters in Applied Math and Computer Science from Washington University. Hethen earned his Masters in Business Administration from the University of Missouri Saint Louis. Additionally, he earned his pilot's license, spent a summer at NASA doing statistical work where he crossed paths with John Glenn during his moon exploits, and also interned at the Pentagon.

Aside from his education and career, Robert loved spending time with his grandkids, playing games like "Polyanna," "Old Maid," and "Hearts" as well as tricking them with his magic. Robert also had a deep love of animals, particularly for dogs but he also enjoyed having the grandkids help him feed his fish in his pond. To help pass the time further he enjoyed working in the yard and at his property at Innsbrook. Another hobby Robert had was hosting an annual Croquet tournament and watching tennis, golf and all his favorite teams, like the St. Louis Cardinals, the St. Louis Blues, the Mizzou Tigers, and the Arkansas Razorbacks.

Our family appreciates your love and support at this difficult time. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Humane Society of Missouri would be greatly appreciated. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
