Robert Martin Husemann

January 21, 1934 – January 6, 2024

Robert (Bob) Martin Husemann passed peacefully at home in St. Louis, Missouri on Saturday, January 6, 2024.

Beloved husband of Arlene Husemann (née Anielak) for 63 years; dearest father of Karen McClure, the late Joan Middendorf, Joyce Meneou (Randy), Donna Wood (Barry), and Bob Husemann (Daniela Ware); grandfather of six and great-grandfather of three. Bob was preceded in death by his parents, Martin and Elizabeth (née Hollenbeck) Husemann; sister, Lorraine Montroy; and in-laws, Walter and Rose Anielak. Bob was a determined fighter, but eventually lost his battle with cancer. The family thanks everyone for their prayers and support throughout his illness. He will be missed dearly by family, friends, and neighbors.

Services: A Funeral Mass will be held at St .Monica Catholic Church, 12136 Olive Blvd. St. Louis, MO 63141, on Wednesday, January 10th, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. The family will receive friends at St. Monica prior to the mass, beginning at 9:00 a.m. Interment service immediately following mass at Bellerive Gardens Cemetery.
