Robert J. "Bob" Lodes

Bob was called home on June 19, 2022. Son of the late Robert and Leona; beloved father of Carolyn Lodes and step father of Curtis Dawson; dear brother of Emily McCullen, Judy Stanford, Michael Lodes, Rose (Joe) Lackey, Marilyn Davies, John (John Williams) Lodes, Julie Thimyan, James (Debbie) Lodes, Joan (Jason) Canada; dearest uncle, great uncle, cousin and friend to many.

Bob served in USAF and retired from the postal service. He loved going fishing, golfing, loved his baseball Cardinals and Blues hockey. When Bob wasn't doting over his daughter, he loved all his friends at all of his favorite St. Ann watering holes. Bob went asleep to Jesus with daughter and sisters by his side. Bob, go with God. We will miss you and all your ways, until we meet again.

Visitation at the Ortmann Funeral Home, 9222 Lackland Rd., Overland, Mon., June 27 from 4-8 p.m. Funeral Mass at All Souls Church, 9550 Tennyson Ave., Overland, Tues., June 28 at 9:30 a.m. Interment Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Carmelite Monastery or American Heart Association.
