Sandra Kay Zangara (nee Earp) of Chesterfield, Missouri, passed away peacefully on January 13, 2026. She was surrounded by her loving husband of 53 years and their devoted six children. She was 77.

Born on August 9, 1948, Sandy is remembered for her unwavering devotion to her family, her playful sense of humor, the kindness, decency, and compassion she extended to others, and her integrity and perseverance throughout her life.

She is, and always will be, her family's anchor and touchstone.

Sandy is survived by her husband, Anthony Jerome Zangara, and their six children: Anthony (Becky) Zangara II, Joseph (Nicole) Zangara, Nichole (Jim) Zangara Riley, Natalie (Jeff) Yuille, Michael Zangara (Jamie Kokay), and Angela (Alex) Roberts. She is survived by her 13 grandchildren: Anthony, Lauren, Jonathan, and Gabriella Zangara; Ava and Nicholas Zangara; Avery Riley; Nolan, Nora, and Noella Yuille; Baby Zangara; and Penelope and Christian Roberts. She is preceded in death by her mother, Mollie Fink; grandmother, Josephine Farmer; and grandson, Alexander Roberts II.

Her visitation will be held on Saturday, January 17, 2026, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. with the funeral service at 12 p.m. at Ortmann Stipanovich Funeral Home, 12444 Olive Boulevard, Creve Coeur. The interment will follow immediately. Sandy will be laid to rest at Bellerive Gardens Cemetery, 740 North Mason Road, Creve Coeur.
