Suzanne Mitchell

(November 5, 1935 - September 17, 2022)

Suzanne Mitchell (nee VanSickle) entered into the arms of the Lord on September 17, 2022.

Suzanne was born on November 5, 1935 to Edwin and Eileen VanSickle. She is preceded in death by her loving husband of 60 years, Jack D. Mitchell; and her beloved son, Edwin J. Mitchell Sr.  Survived by her children Elizabeth Meyer (the late Lenny) and Glenn Mitchell (the late Kate); cherished grandmother of Jessica Ladage (Brad), Edwin Mitchell Jr. (Christina), Robert Mitchell (Megan), Travis Meyer, Emma Mitchell, Paige Mitchell, Jack Mitchell, and Noah Mitchell; and the proud great-grandmother of Avery, Jack, and Jordan; sister-in-law of Jean Mitchell (late Dick) and Paul and Shirley Godt.

Visitation at the Ortmann Stipanovich Funeral Home, 12444 Olive Blvd., Creve Coeur, Fri., Sept. 23, 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Then to St. Simon Catholic Church, 11011 Mueller Rd., St. Louis, MO 63123 for 1 p.m. Mass. Interment Resurrection Cemetery.
