Dear brother and brother-in-law of George and Sue Moss Jr., Sharon and Larry Land, Marcia and Brent Vogelsang, Cecelia and Burl Rongey, Sharon and the late Glenn Halemeyer, Barbara and Dan McAdams, William and Julie Velker, The late Clarence Velker Jr.; Our dear uncle, great uncle, cousin and friend. Friends that loved Tom as family; Pam and Roger Drescher, Mike, Julie, Isabelle, and Hazel Drescher, Doug Drescher, Eileen Morgan, Melissa and Deric Openlander, Kelly Houston; Dear son of the late Christine and Clarence Velker Sr. and George and Garnie Moss Sr.

Tom Served in U.S. Air Force as a AEW Radar Rpmn from 1964-1968 and the reserves until 1970. He Retired as Lieutenant Detective from The City of Overland Police Department serving 25 years from 1969 - 1994
Tom is remembered best by his willingness to help others. He enjoyed bowling, going to the lake, auction night, and working with his hands. In lieu of flowers donations to the American Lung Association would be appreciated.

Visitation at Ortmann's, 9222 Lackland Rd. Overland, Wed., Nov. 19 from 4-8 p.m. Service Thurs., Nov. 20 at 10 a.m. Interment Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery.
