Clarence, Victor P. (Paul) passed away on July 11 2024. He was born in Houston, Texas on April 29, 1948. Paul was the husband of (late) Jerith W. Clarence, and the Father of Victor P. Clarence III (Trey) and Patrick Clarence, as well as a proud Grandfather to Patrick (P.J.) and Josephine (Josie).

He served in the United States Marine Corps and was a Vietnam Veteran. Paul worked as Vice President of marketing for Winchester Ammunition. Paul enjoyed reminiscing about his time at Winchester and the friends he made. He loved watching war movies and playing golf. He is survived by his daughter - in- law, Kelli Clarence, Brother, Kenneth Clarence, extended family and many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be sent to St. Louis Children's Hospital.

Paul will be sorely missed by his family and friends.

A private family Memorial will be held.
