Wilbur G. Obermann
January 3, 1949 – June 21, 2026

Dear father of Victoria Obermann; beloved son of the late Woodrow and Susan Obermann; dear brother of Willie Obermann, Robert (Jennifer) Obermann, Michael Obermann and Barbara (the late Danny) Crowell; our dear brother-in-law, uncle, cousin and friend.

Wilbur was larger than life—never quiet, never wanting to slow down. After being drafted, he proudly served a year in Vietnam, a service he carried with pride throughout his life. He spent many years with the Maryland Heights Parks and Recreation Department, where he took great pride in his work. He loved plants, enjoyed being around people, and could always be counted on to have a story to tell. Wherever he went, his presence was felt.

Private family services were held.
