William "Bill" F. Breslin III, 70, of St. Louis entered eternal life December 3, 2023, surrounded by his
loving family. He was born June 3, 1953, in St. Louis. He was preceded in death by William F. "Bud"
Breslin, Jr (father), Catherine A. Breslin (mother), Martha A. McGinty (sister), and Mary Joan Paule
(sister).

Bill graduated from Shawnee Mission South High School in 1971. He became a member of the
Carpenter's union in 1976 and dedicated years of service until his disability in 2005. He had a deep
passion for music especially when playing the drums and the guitar. He enjoyed reading, especially St.
Louis History as he loved his hometown city. All other pastime activities revolved around his hometown
football teams starting with St. Louis Cardinals to St. Louis Rams and Kansas City Chiefs.

He is survived by his devoted wife of forty-nine years, Carol Breslin; four children, Jake (Rhonda) Breslin,
Katie (Jeremy) Buschmann, Billy Breslin IV, and Kelsey (Nick) Haley; four grandchildren, Connor
Buschmann, Chloe Buschmann, Harper Haley, and Nolan Haley; nephew, Matthew McGinity; niece,
Molly Anderson; mother-in-law, father-in-law, brother-in-law, sisters-in-law; and many more nephews,
nieces, cousins, and friends.

A visitation will be held at Ortmann's Funeral Home at 922 Lackland Rd., Overland on Thursday,
December 7 between the hours of 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM. A memorial mass will be held at 10:00 AM
Monday, December 11 at All Souls Church located at 9550 Tennyson Ave., Overland.

In lieu of flowers, the family has asked for donations be made to American Heart Association or
American Cancer Society.
