Beloved father of Alana Vitale (the late Nicholas Vitale) and Aaron Gilmore (Nikki Ellis); dear grandpa of Samantha Gilmore and Tyler Whitby-Ellis; dear brother of the late Charles C. Gilmore, Jr.; our dear uncle, cousin, and friend to many.
John was a retired Boeing employee.
Graveside service Tuesday, January 3, 1:00 p.m. at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery.
The family will be meeting at VFW Post 3944, 10817 Midland Blvd, Overland, MO 63114 at 3p.m.
